Meet Objectways: Driving Secure, Compliant AI Data Solutions

Objectways was founded in the U.S. to help companies scale their machine-learning projects with high-quality, human-in-the-loop data. We began by focusing on data annotation and content support, laying the foundation for our future as a trusted provider of AI services. This marked the beginning of our mission to connect technology with real-world impact.

To improve efficiency and create skilled jobs, we opened our first office in India with 25 trained data annotators. This enabled clients to focus on core model development while we managed the complex, time-intensive labeling work. It was our first step toward becoming a global AI data solutions provider.

As demand for annotation services surged, our team expanded from 25 to 250 employees in just one year. We became SOC 2 Type 2 certified, reinforcing our commitment to secure, enterprise-grade data processing. This milestone positioned Objectways as a trusted partner for scalable, compliant AI data services.

We scaled to over 560 employees and broadened our offerings to include data sourcing and content moderation. With new data scientists on board, we provided more complete, project-ready AI support. This year marked a turning point in our ability to deliver full-spectrum solutions.

After securing key healthcare-related AI projects, we trained all employees in handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in line with HIPAA and GDPR standards. That same year, we achieved ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. Our team grew to 850 employees, reflecting our growing operational scale and a strong focus on data privacy and compliance.

With six offices across the U.S. and India, Objectways grew to more than 2,200 employees. We earned a TPN certification to support secure workflows for media and content moderation clients. Our growing infrastructure continued to meet the evolving needs of enterprise AI projects.

We’re on track to hire 800 more team members, reaching our goal of 3,000+ employees. Our TISAX certification is currently underway to better support automotive and other highly regulated industries. As we grow, Objectways remains focused on secure, compliant, and people-centered AI data solutions.
